Very good idea! Ive adopted it and am using in my day by day. Though, app needs improvement like: - Pictures thumbs are distorted. - UI experience in general. - Edit categories. - Edit "My Ticker" page. - Description all in uppercase.

Just what I wanted! Brilliant!

The tickers can ONLY (as of July 2012) be set before a count down future evemt item, and after a past or count up since item. Both are manual. So if you imagine the space shuttle launch time as a T- and automatically flips over to T+ event, the app does NOT do that. Once a count down timer reaches zero, thats it. No flipping it to count time since reached zero, nor do you know exactly or roughly WHEN it reached zero, so you could create a manual count up ticker. Also there is a dumb ZERO everything screen, which is static for any count down to zero ticker. Suggestions to app creator: Have auto flip from countdown to count up since. Allow autorotate. Allow viewing and clearing of notifications identifier. Allow deletion of items running Or finished. As it stands now, if some 40 items have run down to zero, you will forever have to scroll past them to get to other items. Fix the springs and struts to allow a full wide spelling of the ticker name (as I would have multiple tickers starting with the same 5 characters). Wish I had got this on Free App of the Day

Auto sorting would be nice, chronologically.

Not even allowed to enter my proper birthdate. Every time I enter something it turns into something else. The design isnt great but the idea is worthy.

Love this app, very very nice to have, its my fiancé & mines anniversary today and I just found out that this app also gives you a notification on your phone when an important date such as this comes up.

Ive been using this app for over a year and have always enjoyed it and it has worked well. However since recently upgrading to iOS 8, the app no longer saves new dates that are put in. Response from the developer was, "Many apps have problems with iOS 8. Please be patient." Still waiting for a fix....

I am unable to delete an event I no longer want saved.

Put in a passcode, and this app will gets FIVE stars. As it stands, theres no privacy to protect against unwanted snoopers. Please add this feature for paying users. Thank you! :)

I love to see a count down to my birthday! Great App!

The app works nicely. Could you tweak it to allow the seconds to also be set? As an example, try to set a countdown for the coming new years midnight. The seconds that appear are those that just happen to be present on the phone at the moment the counter is set. Also, tweaks to the delete feature such that 1) it is easier to access (I found it a bit hard to tap the delete buttons -- maybe a swipe would be easier?) and 2) a deletion confirmation would be required after tapping the button (to prevent accidental deletion of nearby counters) would be helpful.

App does what it says but I wouldnt pay for it. Could use some tweaks like able to set seconds, sort or reorder the list and switch between yr, mth, day to days. Personally I like Countdown better but that only counts down the days an not time. I dont have much that I need to count down or up to the second.

I think many of us have both an iPhone and a iPad. It would really be nice to be able to use the data from one app to the other without in-putting all that data again. I like the app but not as full featured as it could be!

I find this app to be useful, helps me track from birthdays, jobs, to items i own. Thanks for the hard work.

I like this app. Very unique. As a Race Director I use it to remind myself and our Race Committee members how much time is left before the Day of our event. Everyone I show this app to loves it keep up the good work!

A novelty program counts down to anything.

Nice App! It would be great if I could add my countdown to social media such as Facebook!
